Do you have a support phone number?

We do not currently have a support phone number. We want all issues & enquiries to come directly to us so that we can do what we do best - making people happy with the high quality service we provide.

At ProFUTCard, every order comes backed with our satisfaction guarantee.

If you notice any defects and issues with the quality of your product, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

We package our products to the highest standard for distribution, but we recognise that mistakes do happen. If your card is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

Our satisfaction guarantee means that we'll replace your product free of charge. We can make this promise because we've invested heavily in the design and technology needed to make every card amazing.

Please note that our satisfaction guarantee does not cover deliberate damage.

Card Creation

How Long Do Cards Take To Make?

Our production process starts the day after you place your order.

To begin, our expert design team will verify all details of your card to ensure all information is provided. If there are any slight changes necessary to bring the design more in line with an FC25 FUT card, we'll handle this ourselves. Anything beyond a few slight adjustments and we'll contact you immediately.

Once the design is verified, it's over to our Printing team to bring it to life. We've invested heavily in the machinery required to produce high quality cards which our customers love.

All designs are printed directly onto high quality 5mm foamex. It's the same material that shop signs are made from. Y'know, the stuff that notoriously survives the worst of the British winter.

Once your design has been printed, we laser cut it precisely to shape and start the shipping process.

What Images Shall I Use For My Order

Your image should contain the subject's head, shoulders and chest.

Your image should be the highest possible quality - blurry images cannot be sharpened.

Try to avoid stretching or enlarging any one side of the image using the tools in the card creator, as this can cause blurring and reduce the image quality.

Wherever possible, your image should only contain one person to make it clear who the intended subject of the card is.

Automatic photo background removal software is included - more info available in the following section.

Whilst we aim to optimise the image you provide in order to produce a final design you'll love, the responsibility of producing a suitable photograph rests entirely with you.

Automatic Photo Background Removal

We have invested heavily in software to automatically remove the background from your image.

It's available for you to use for free in the card creation process.

Please note that in photos in which multiple people appear, the software cannot detect the intended subject of the photo.

Delivery

Production, Shipping & Delivery Information

Production Time

The production process will begin the day after your order is placed.

Production of each card generally takes 3-5 days - this includes finalising each design to ensure it truly matches the FUT style, printing the design onto high quality 5mm foamex and cutting precisely to the shape of your card.

We have invested in both the expert personnel and technology used in our production process to minimise delays and maximise quality.

UK Shipping & Estimated Delivery

Once the production process is complete, your order will be shipped using your chosen delivery method.

'Standard delivery' is fulfilled using Royal Mail Tracked 48, ensuring a safe and efficient delivery anywhere in the UK.

For all Standard Delivery orders, it is our intention for you to receive your order within 5-7 working days of placing it.

Fast Track

If you need your order sooner, premium delivery options are available at checkout.

All Premium Delivery orders also include free Fast Track Production, reducing the production process to 1-3 days.

For all Fast Track orders, it is our intention for you to receive your order within 3-5 working days of placing it.

Birthdays & Special Events

Understandably, we get a large percentage of our orders for birthdays and other special events.

To guarantee the timely arrival of your items, we encourage you to plan ahead and place your order well in advance.

Whilst every care has been taken to refine our production/delivery processes and minimise delays, sometimes circumstances outside of our control can cause delays to orders and shipments.

Order Fulfillment

Can I Change My Order After It's Placed?

If there are any urgent errors (such as a mistake with the name) please contact us immediately.

Apart from exceptional circumstances like that, all orders are final once placed.

If our design team come across any issues during the production process, you will be contacted immediately.

There Was A Problem With My Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Provide images of any damage and your order number so that we can quickly resolve the issue and send your replacement.

Specifically, please include the following images:
-The damaged product.
-Inside & outside of the packaging.
-Shipping label

If you receive the wrong card(s), please contact our support team immediately. This will allow us to promptly send the correct cards out to you.

If your order arrives incomplete, please contact our support team immediately. Inform us of the item(s) that are missing and we will fulfil the rest of your order straight away.

Refunds & Returns

At ProFUTCard, we take pride in creating on-demand personalised products for our customers. As such, all sales are final and we cannot process refunds.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly issue a replacement as long as you provide photo evidence of the issue within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for this, the item must have been lost or damaged during delivery, or there was a mistake with the personalisation of your card(s).
